XII Officially announced the transfer of Ms. Mae Ester T.
Guiamadel, Chief EDS, SDD and Ms. Antonietta Amor
Aurora C. Sevillano, EDS I, EDD to Davao City effective
January 7, 2009.
Ms. Guiamadel has been with the NEDA for 26 years. She
started her service as Economic Development Specialist on
July 1, 1983. Promoted to Sr. EDS on January 16, 1989.
On January 2, 1991, she was again promoted to Supervising
EDS. She became Chief EDS on June 1, 1999 until her
transfer.
Ms. Sevillano, on the other hand, spent 13 years with NEDA XII. She
started as Administrative Assistant for RDC XII on January
9, 1996. She also works as Clerk II and III for
Operations Division from March 1, 1997 up to September 30,
2003. On October 1, 2003, she was promoted to EDS I
and worked for Economic Development Division up to the date
of her transfer.

dated January 8, 2010.
Ms. Rosa D. Lemana, Supervising EDS of the Project
Development, Investment Programming and Budget Division (PDIPBD)
is designated as OIC-Chief of the PDIPBD of NEDA RO XII
effective 3 November 2009 per Special Order No. 356-2009.

2009 CPO-Cotabato City CSC Quiz Bee Semi-Final Round |
|

RO XII congratulates Ms. Lalaine M. Sajelan, Supervising
Administrative Officer for winning the 1st place in the
Semi-Final round of 2009 Regional Quiz Bee on Civil Matters
held at Civil Service Commission XII Office in Cotabato City
last September 8, 2009. She vested 12 participants
representing DTI, DOLE, DepEd, BIR, DILG, MMWD. Together
with Ms. Fedorie Diaz (2nd place), Ms. Sajelan will compete
and represent Cotabato City area for the 2009 Regional Quiz
Bee on Civil Matters Final Round on September 24, 2009 at
CSCRO 12, Training Hall, Cotabato City at 2:00PM. |

Personnel Attended EPASS
Two (2) batches of Operations
Division (OD) personnel attended the Enhancement Program for
Administrative Support Staff (EPASS) conducted by CSC XII in
Kidapawan City on August 18 and 19, 2009.
The first batch of trainees, representing the drivers,
mechanic were, Joseph Augusto E. Gecosala, Pendatun C. Abdul
& Brahim F. Amino whose seminar focused on the Driver's
deportment, work attitude, sense of loyalty and commitment.
 Muslimen
S. Maniala, Rubylita O. Go and John A. Aleso, attended the
second batch on
August 19, 2009. This aims to enhance the participants'
knowledge and skills as utility workers/messengers, and to
develop a positive work attitude and deep sense of
commitment to public service. |

Special Order No. 299-08 dated 3 October 2008, Assistant
Regional Director Teresita Socorro C. Ramos assumed office
as OIC-Regional Director of NEDA RO XII. This assumption
took effect on November 3, 2008. |

PARidao passes the CES Written Examination
08/17/2008
Engr. Phlorita A. Ridao, Chief EDS of Plan and Policy
Formulation Division, passed the CES Written Examination
given last August 17, 2008 in Davao City.
She was among the 12% of 889 examinees who passed the exam.

METGuiamadel takes oath as CES Eligible
03/14/2008
Mae Ester T. Guiamadel, Chief of the Knowledge
Management Division (KMD) took her oath and was officially
conferred as CES Eligible on March 14, 2008 in Davao City.
To be conferred the CES eligibility, she successfully
participated in the four-stage process. She took and passed
the First Unified CESB CES 1st Stage MATB Exam given by the
Civil Service Commission (CSC) on July 17, 2005. She also
passed the Assessment Center (AC) conducted on October 28,
2006 and was validated by the CSC Validation Team in October
2007. She was granted her CES Eligibility by the CES Board
by virtue of Board Resolution No. 702 dated December 11,
2007.
