Knowledge Management

Knowledge Management (KM) is the explicit & systematic management of vital knowledge & its associated processes of creating, gathering, organizing, use and exploitation. It requires turning personal knowledge into institutional knowledge that can be widely shared throughout the organization & appropriately applied.   What is necessary is to have “the right information, in the right place, in the right format, at the right time.”
